Unfriendly. Have an a appointment and waiting when no one is in front of me
Quest at 91 Water St in Milford is really bad. Appointments typically run 30 min behind schedule or more. There is no communication and you can hear people chatting behind the door but not taking patients. It was not lunch break, either. Terrible customer service- total lack of respect for patients.
I don’t leave many negative reviews…but I think one star says it all. I’ll never go back there. Very disappointed!! I will agree, your privacy is not protected there
I just walked out of this location, because I felt entirely uncomfortable as a patient and did not want to be seen. Why? Well, I heard every single word of a patients private medical information; name, date of birth, address, reason for visit. I felt entirely uncomfortable with the thought that a room full of strangers would hear every single detail of my own private medical information so I quietly left. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! I don't write negative reviews but cannot help in this situation. I had an appointment set by my doctor's office, however the attendants at Quest said they had no notification. I then logged in on their digital sign-in kiosk as a guest and the system stated I had one person in front of me in the queue. Five people came in after me, three with appointments evidently and two who followed the same sign-in procedure that I did.
