I have visited Quest many times for lab work and I don’t feel that my privacy was respected. Upon my first visit, I noted that there was a lock on the bathroom door and when I returned for another test, I noted that they had removed the lock. And while I was giving my urine sample, one of the lab technicians walked in on me and when I voiced my shock, the lab technician said that I should have locked the door (even though there was no lock). Easy access
Absolutely do not come here whatsoever. The staff are very rude and unprofessional and even when asking for clarification, they are snappy and want you out of the door as fast as possible. Not to mention, they talk about patients that were there when the door closed and you can hear all of their conversations and they are talking about how patients are rude so on and so forth very unprofessional do not come here.
I never write bad reviews because I think everyone can have an off day or people don't always perceive things the same way. But this lab deserves one. I have had the unfortunate experience of going there twice. I will not make that mistake again. #1 what is the point of having an appointment to just get bumped out of the way for a walk in? I had to stop supplements for 72 hours and fast for these tests. I made an appointment. How is someone else who didn't plan more important?
