Absolutely do not recommend. Incredibly slow and disorganized.
Staff complaining about patients and walk ins. Put my name on walk in list, someone came in after me and scheduled themselves an appointment for two hours after current time and were called in. If clear instructions I would have scheduled appointment for later in the day on the kiosk if I had known I would have been called ASAP rather than wait for a half hour to be skipped over. Poor customer service and unprofessional lab techs.
I’ve been preparing for two days in advance to get this bloodwork making sure my medication doctor sent in the paperwork and I haven’t been able to get a hold of quest diagnostics either through the phone number or the website so after waiting for over an hour today they tell me I don’t have the proper paperwork/documentation/Lab order that I’ve been extensively preparing for two days to make sure that it was sent and they can’t do my blood work.
