Very bad experience, the lady who was drawing blood was complaining the whole time that she has to go home and she is tired. When she put the syringe, blood came out of my vein which has never happened before, and after drawing the blood she pulled it out quickly , and it pained a lot. The room was also very dirty and has boxes lying around. No cleanliness at all.
They were very friendly I liked that.
Absolute nightmare waited over an hour and a half with a 14 month old screaming in the waiting room two older adults refused to let me go before them. Only one technician working would never go back.
WORST, ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE!! The phlebotomist at Quest Diagnostics on Water Street in Milford, MA was the ABSOLUTE worst. Avoid this location at all costs! Her ignorance to policies and procedures created longer than normal wait times, errors in testing that were easily avoidable, and an anxiety ridden week of more testing and appointments with doctors which did not need to be involved had they just followed proper procedures!
