Service was quick. Although the lab slip was having a little trouble loading the phlebotomist never showed any frustration. She set me up, and on her first attempt hit the right spot and my vials were filled super fast.
Had an appt with Quest on West & Herndon (no waiting time) Tech was very professional & helpful & caring (never felt the needle). Very Satisfied Customer

When checking in via phone it should negate checking again at Quest brick and mortar, it Delays being seen
