I took my children for their blood work and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were seen in a timely manner and the facility was clean and well-maintained. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I scheduled their appointments a few days prior on their website, which I highly recommend to avoid longer wait times. The process is very easy to navigate and user-friendly.
The location was clean, well ventilated and pleasant. The phlebotomist was very pleasant and professional.
Made an appointment, checked in at the kiosk and opted to have them text me so I could make a phone call. I received a text at 10:29 to come in as they were going to call me soon. I went in immediately and sat down. There were several persons that came in after me that were being called back. Was able to make an appointment, pre-registered online before i got there, was seen on time, excellent blood draw with no pain.
