I was called into the room right away and the phlebotomist was friendly and professional. I was in and out in no time and the blood draw was painless!
Ashley was the woman who took care of me. She was very professional and very through. She explained everything to me as she was doing it. On a side note I have never met her before. you should give this woman a raise. She had the needle in before I could say Jack Frost. The nurses at Hoag should take lessons from her of how to draw blood. Thank you again for Ashley.
No receptionist, no confirmation of check in, extremely rude. I would give 0 stars if I could.
This Quest Labs location is awful. The staff here have no sense of urgency. I went here as a walk in at 8am on a Monday and I waited two and a half hours and was never acknowledged and never seen. I had to leave and go to a different location the next day. They were so slow to see patients and very slow to finish up in the back. They saw me waiting for 2 hours and ignored me and when I asked if I could be squeezed in since I'd been waiting so long and I was the only walk in, the women said no and that I could be waiting for ... read more
