Made an appt and only had to wait maybe 3 minutes. Very efficient and easy check-in and friendly, caring staff.
I was admitted almost immediately upon checking it. The automated check-in can be confusing. I had no problem, but I noticed others spending a lot of time at it and getting frustrated... Also, there is very limited street parking, and the lot charges for parking. This forces us to park in the shopping mall across the street, which has signs prohibiting "Medical building" parking, despite being empty.
This was one of the best appointments I have had. Got there 10 minutes early and was called right away. Staff was friendly and efficient. Out of there in 8 minutes total. Great experience.
I have small difficult veins and they were the first place able to get me on first try!
I’ve been here 3 or 4 times now to get blood tests for a medication I take. I’ve had a different phlebotomist every time and they’ve all been great! Quick and near painless, just make sure you have your lab order / document from your doctor / work PRINTED out and a physical card on you as they do not take Apple Pay. Also, you don’t have to pay to park. There’s free street parking on the little boulevard that wraps around the building.
