I would like to commend Quest, Laguna Hills, for significantly exceeding my expectations, especially when compared to their customer service record from a few years ago. The entire experience, from booking an online appointment to receiving confirmation, reminders and checking in, was seamless. Only had to wait a couple of minutes past the appointment time. (They schedule multiple appointments for the same timeslot, which was why there was a wait.) Phlebotomist was very pleasant and efficient.
Very convenient and fast.
She went extra miles to help me on self check in on tablet booth
The most irresponsible and careless employees I ever see. They supposed to see patients until 12 but they stopped calling people from 11:30 until 12 and then in a very rude behavior they asked the patients to go out .
