Anna is always great!! I only go to the same location and wait for her. I am a hard stick and need extra care. She always knows what to do before sticking me with the needle.

Location was great as my surgery pre-op tests were all nearby to my surgical hospital - Fresno Surgical Hospital on Fresno street so this quest location worked perfect… the young man that took my blood was very experienced polite and knew what he was doing. Had a great experience and if I ever have to choose another location in Fresno it will be this one … it had plenty of afternoon appts:
Being a patient that requires quarterly tests it’s my experience the level of service and quality of the staff is consistently excellent, I use online booking and the kiosk check in with ease. Waits are overall on time or within 10 minutes. Better yet results are usually in my app within 1 to 3 business days.
Easy to find with lots of shaded parking. Check in was a breeze and the staff were courteous and helpful. And a big thank you to Anna for being the pro at drawing my blood.
