I highly recommend making an appointment. They want you to come 10 minutes before your appointment or you will get bumped by the standby customers. That did not happen for me as I came at the time of my appointment. I was in and out in a very short amount of time. The phlebotomist was friendly and efficient. There is a lobby and then there are the stations where to work is done. The restroom is inside the locked door where the work is being done. There's plenty of parking with shade nearby.
