I wish I was good at remembering names because the tech who waited on me to do my blood draw was amazing!!!! I am a coward and she was very understanding and gentle. I felt absolutley nothing, not the stick, during the draw or when she finished my session. Also the wait time was much shorter that I anticipated due to the amount of people there. Thank you very much for making an uncomfortable time for me almost enjoyable.
