Quest has an excellent appointment and check-in system. My wait time from arriving at the Quest location, checking in via the web app, sitting down, hearing my name called, standing up, the phlebotomist drawing my blood, signing my name, and out the door was barely 2 minutes. I'd like to give a shout-out to Laura. Today is Valentine's Day and I was seen at this location with the wonderful Laura. She made me feel soooo comfortable and welcomed. Staff at Quest Diagnostics were friendly and professional. The phlebotomist was skilled and I barely felt the needle when they drew blood. They were quick and efficient. I would recommend this site.
