The on-line site does not always let you make an appointment, the computer at lab sites is not clear on how to make a same day appointment when the online appointments system is not working, no one to talk to when you have questions. Absolutely awful, I will be estatic when I'm not in an area where I need to rely on quest laboratories.
Before I even come here. I read the reviews and to be honest it is not what it seems coming from those bad reviews. I made an appointment at 12:00pm two days before I even go in. I got there early at 11:35am. Checked in with my information. Went and sat down. There’s a tv on the side of the building showing you where you are at in the waiting line. Easy, quick, on-time, and the technician was an absolute delight. Christian was kind, listened to me, had a great sense of humor, and left barely a bruise, which is unusual for me!
