Hit or miss these days. Be assured that all of the phlebotomists here are professional and courteous, but the bedside manner of “Jerri”leaves much to be desired. My 14 year old had her first-ever draw, which involved a 2hr fast and several vials. Other phlebotomists have been perceptive with my other daughters, putting them at ease, telling them what they were going to do at each step. “You’ll feel a pinch…breathe through your nose…doin’ ok?” etc. Jerri is business only and perhaps not the best tech for pediatric patients.

Done with quest! Had labs done in June! Blue cross paid bill promptly and quest continues send bills in the mail demanding payment 4 months later. Sent them explanation of benefits because they can’t do there own job and contact blue cross. Basically they want to get paid twice!

I was a walk-in and I was seen in 10 minutes the lady was very kind and took care of me immediately

I mixed up the time of my appointment and I was late. I signed in and then inquired if the computer was correct that it would take an hour plus to be seen. The tech felt that it would be sooner. And it was. Actually, it took about 5 min to be seen. She was very professional and kind.
