I'm pretty livid. I arrive about 5 minutes late. I forgot my mask. I went outside to the far side of the busy parking lot and got it. I was now 7 or 8 minutes late. Because they want you to use a texted link to login, I hit the link. Guess what? It took a couple minutes to come up. I finally login, and the attendant pops out and tells me she can't see me because I was "more than ten minutes late". My watch had 9 minutes late. This girl didn't want to work...she wanted to go home and eat Cheetos. So I'm outta luck.
I went in yesterday at 3:55, of course they are closed. Walked in today and they were busy so I made a 3:00 appt. came back at 3:00 and they are on break. I don’t have time to keep doing this. An appt is an appt!
