Hands down the worst lab, and one of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. I got some thyroid labs drawn, used by insurance. After being given the run around for over a year Quest is saying insurance does not cover them, they are out of network (or something), and they want almost $2,000(!!!) for the labs. Seriously? Stay far, far, far away from these people. If the lack of customer support and insurance coverage doesn't scare you, the price should.
