The check-in was a horrible experience, no human and told me I was late and wouldn’t check not check me in, I was 3 minutes early 🤬🤬🤬 I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen.
Impossible to be able to call
Very unhappy with this place. Scheduled an appointment. Got there 30min early and waited 30min past my appointment to even get called back. Then was told they couldn't do the test because I had my boy with me.
Routine blood draw. I gave them my primary and secondary insurance. They did not bill my secondary insurance. Now they want me to pay. Making matters worse, when I call in to try and resolve the erroneous bill, I can't speak with a human. They are only interested in collecting money from me, and not working through the agreed upon insurance companies. I had all appropriate paperwork. They made copies of both insurance cards. This is a mistake on their end that they want me to pay for.
Felt the need to counterbalance the bad reviews with a good one since usually those aren't posted. Nicole (I believe that was her name; sorry if not!) was so accommodating when I told her I was anxious (cancelled a previous appt due to nerves & almost cancelled this one). She made sure I was comfortable before, during & after. I am a baby with blood draws but I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort. That was hands down the best blood draw I've had ever had!
