Great experience !! Easy check-in !! Very friendly and professional, They get you in and out quickly. And it’s in Blue Back Square, West Hartford.
I checked in on their self check in screen and got confirmation I was added to the list and sat in their waiting room for over 20 minutes. Just before closing when the phlebotomist comes out and tells me she doesn’t have anyone on her list and she can’t take me despite being seen waiting by multiple staff before this time. Additionally parking can be a pain and is not free. Would not recommend this location.

The Phlebotomist, her name is Clay, inserted the needle, which was attached to the vacutainer guide, through the outer wall of the vein with bevel facing up, and then through the opposite wall of the vein, then applied the vacutainer vacuum to the needle inside of the guide tube to aspirate the blood. My veins are very prominent and large in diameter.
