Very happy with the service. It was easy to make an appointment. I was able to go the same day. The staff knew what they were doing. The staff was very friendly.
The manager of this Quest site should get accolades (and a bonus) for running a top-notch service center! From booking, to check-in, to readily available scheduler display, to extremely professional staff, this site ranks 100+++ ! I've been to other Quest sites in NJ that don't come close to the level of service that this Milton St, Cape Coral location provides. Keep up the great work!!!
It is frustrating to try to get important information about my healthcare and lab testing from individuals who have a poor grasp of English.
Easy and quick to make an appointment. Seen and blood taken in professional manner. I would use services again. Phlebotomist was proficient at her job and listened to my requests as an RN.
No person to talk to, just a wall with three kiosks to sign in. (They used to have a person at a desk to help)! I only needed to simply pick up a urine/fecal test cups for someone and I walked into the back (the door wasn’t closed) and the lady said I needed to sign in and wait. So, I tried to do that, but since the person didn't have an appointment yet, it wouldn’t let me!! Had to get to work so I wasted an hour, round trip…. Suggestion…to make lives a little easier, leave those simple test kits available for people to grab... read more
