I visited Quest diagnostic in Windsor Locks Ct. It was the usual quick and efficient lab draw ordered by my primary care office for yearly physical. The female who drew my blood was extremely good and I had no issues after. The best part is that all my results were available the next day on myquest. No waiting! Great place.
The person who did the blood draw was someone I had seen before. Joel was very accommodating and friendly as well as efficient. His patience and openness was appreciated..
Didn’t even feel needle puncture. She is an extremely skilled phlebotomist and the office has results in my Dr’s by next day. Great place in Windsor Locks
Joel the phlebotomist is amazing. I hardly felt the needle go in at all. I bruise very easily and had almost no bruising after 2 consecutive days of blood draws. He is kind and very personable. I also really appreciate the latest check in process where I book the appt. at home, arrive at the lab, click on the text message on my phone and am immediately checked in without having to fumble with paperwork or pulling insurance cards out of my wallet
Great Quick Service and Congenial Ladies attending. I get Previous Appointments, making the experiance top notch.
