The man who took my blood used a location on my arm that I don't see others use and it turned out great! He was professional and he got my blood in one take and I didn't feel a thing. My senior mother also had blood taken by him that day and she had a smooth expression. I forgot his name. Great job! (Also we went right in at our appt arrival!)
I was taken in under five minutes of my appointment time. The phlebotomist was very nice and attentive. The blood draw was quick and painless plus there wasn’t any bruising. This was another great experience with Quest Diagnostics.

I put my name on the standby list because after I helped them, it was outside of my appointment window. I sat in the waiting room for 90 minutes, there was no one in the lobby and no one acknowledged my presence or confirmed whether I would or wouldn’t be seen. I was there for an employment urine screen and had to urinate during this time which was... read more
