Joel the phlebotomist is amazing. I hardly felt the needle go in at all. I bruise very easily and had almost no bruising after 2 consecutive days of blood draws. He is kind and very personable. I also really appreciate the latest check in process where I book the appt. at home, arrive at the lab, click on the text message on my phone and am immediately checked in without having to fumble with paperwork or pulling insurance cards out of my wallet

In order to save money Quest has eliminated the receptionist. Since there is no longer anyone to directly call / fax if there is a problem with recieving Doctors paperwork on my last visit even though I confirmed with my Doctor's office that the paperwork had been sent to Quest several days before my visit when I showed up for my appointment I was informed there was no paperwork! As I immediately called my Doctors office they confirmed they had sent the paperwork previously but faxed it again. After waiting 30 min still ... read more

They don't do covid testing I was told today at the windsor locks ct location. And when you get your blood drawn, they don't have the butterfly needles..

My Dr sent in a lab order & I had a PCR covid test scheduled at the Windsor Locks, CT location, having done the pre-screeing questions online. I don't know if there was a language barrier, but the employee who screened me in told me to leave & that there are signs on the door explaining the policy about covid. I looked at the signs when I left & still have no idea why she wouldn't provide the test. The signs just say don't come in if you have covid symptoms or have had symptoms in the last 10 days. This location is embarrassing. The workers are not bad people however the store is poorly managed and whoever manages it needs to be fired. I didn’t mind waiting 40 minutes due to not setting up a appointment but to get called to the room and for them to tell me they don’t have the equipment for a urine test is straight up pathetic. If Google allowed 0 stars that’s what they would’ve got because they could ATLEAST have their inventory supplied highly disappointed.
