Went there to get standard physical bloodwork done. The one that drew my blood did draw it quickly which helped but pretty much was down right mean which made it very uncomfortable especially when trying to determine exactly what tests needed to be done. My only comment with regards to that......if you're that unhappy with what you do, find another job. My first and foremost recommendation is to find another place to get your bloodwork done like Windsor or Enfield.

I missed my appointment because I helped 2 elderly women check in for their appointments on the kiosk. As everyone everywhere knows there are no live people at any of the offices. I put my name on the standby list because after I helped them, it was outside of my appointment window. I sat in the waiting room for 90 minutes, there was no one in the lobby and no one acknowledged my presence or confirmed whether I would or wouldn’t be seen. I visited Quest diagnostic in Windsor Locks Ct. It was the usual quick and efficient lab draw ordered by my primary care office for yearly physical. The female who drew my blood was extremely good and I had no issues after. The best part is that all my results were available the next day on myquest. No waiting! Great place.

Was a very pleasant experience. The gentleman who drew my blood was an expert. Barely felt it. Will use this site again and if I. Lucky I will get this gentleman again.
