They make you make an appointment to be attended 45 min or 1 hour later. This makes no sense! it is better to go without an appointment and hope that they will attend you when they give them their damn desire!!. The necessary authorities or the ferenvia have to monitor the employees of this location to do their work and if the staff do not give enough they do not make so many appointments if they cannot cover with the demand of patients!!
I was taken in promptly The phlebotomist was delightful - friendly, gentle and efficient. Very knowledgeable. And the best part - no bruising! Thank you.
my experience was absolutely awesome. I got there before my scheduled 8 o’clock appointment and the young lady clinician she called me in right away. She was very pleasant, professional and pleasant to speak to talk to and she she did my do my blood and did a wonderful job I didn’t even feel the needle going and I have small veins so I have nothing but nice things. I’ve had nothing but good experience there in this last visit that I had on Friday the 27th was extra special.
