one of the workers , a young lady was so rude to me I was wondering what could I have done besides being a black male. I was there to get blood drawn and she shoved the needle in my arm so hard that I was sore for weeks. Over all though usually the staff here is awesome and they are so friendly. maybe she had a bad day
This place is terrible. My wife came here and got blood drawn. They messed up one of the samples she had taken and was told she would need to come back and they would squeeze here in….yeah right, if you know this place or how Quest works in general. So we get there and my wife talks to someone to let them know she was here and they said they would try and get to her and they were only doing appointments. Again, they messed up the lab and are causing her to get blood drawn again. This is one of the most unprofessional offices... read more
