The person who drew my bold did a great job!
I had an appointment this morning. There was a little bit of a wait but that was expected since yesterday was a holiday. But my phlebotomist Robin was absolutely wonderful! She was patient and delicate and for the first time i wasn’t left with a blown vein or bruises. 10/10 recommend that lovely Lady!!
The whole problem with Quest is that there is no front desk -- either in person or on the phone. To make an appointment, to deal with any questions, and to show up in person and sign in, it's all done electronically. If you have any kind of problem or issue, there's no way to get a human being. If all goes swimmingly, it's fine (though at tiresome length over the phone); if it doesn't, you're afloat in an endless loop. The lady in room 6 at the 3000 Dixwell Ave Hamden, CT location is the best phlebotomist In the universe! She's so fast and painless and she's the sweetest. I love her and always hope I get her when I go there.
