I had an appointment time scheduled and I had to wait an HOUR!
checked in, waited 10 minutes. girl came out said .. we're closed! Rude! Should close the kiosk if closing!! Never again
Why have standby, if your workers are refusing to take others on standby, from healthcare worker to another I hope the workers at Hamden quest never have to be on the other side door, with their nasty ass attitudes
I just wanted to give a sincere thank you to the lady who took in my daughter for her blood draw yesterday. She saw us even though they said they weren’t taking anymore walk ins and gave me a much needed break during a hectic and stressful day. My daughter was not easy but she handled her amazingly well. I’m so sorry that I didn’t catch your name, but from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
