My phlebotomist was quick and effective. I had to have a lot of blood drawn and she made the whole experience painless, literally. I was so relieved at the end of the appointment that it had been quick and didn't require more stress than necessary.
Had a 330 appointment and while I was waiting another patient was there before me on standby and was very inpatient and every employee that came out kind of got the brunt of her frustrations but the employee Henrietta came to get me and tried to help the lady she explained that standby is standby and that appointments are priority etc went to the back and I didn't even feel the needle she was done before I couldsay anything I don't like needles but I'll let Henrietta take blood from me she was that good I know you guys get b... read more
