I love this office! Everyone is so kind and it's a calm atmosphere.
I had a great experience getting my blood work done today. I consider myself a terrible patient who’s afraid of needles. I may misspell her name but Yoli made sure I was comfortable and saw how nervous I was. She was very patient with me. She told me to take a deep breath and I literally felt nothing. She asked if I was ok and I could tell she was really caring. I am home now and have no bruising or marks at all from the needle. She was literally the best!
The staff there is not only incredibly rude but has no empathy or compassion. I was early for my apt and wanted to know if I could possibly be seen sooner, well to my surprise I got a nasty response, “we can’t help you right now! We’re busy with other clients that have apts before you. You’ll have to wait”. I will NEVER go back. On top of that I was walking to my car in the parking lot and an elderly woman was crying because of how rotten they were to her. Do not go here! I cant imagine playing with strangers urine and blood as fun but the staff here was amazing none the less. Great atmosphere and attitude. Would always recommend this place. Im from the south where that "southern hospitality" is known but clearly these ladies have us beat. Great experience.
There was someone else’s period blood all over the toilet I had to use for a drug screen. So BEYOND unsanitary. As a medical facility this is disgraceful.
