Claims to have walk-in appointments available but when you arrive at the door there's a poorly written and misspelled paper taped to it saying appointments only.
Generally ok but how do you speak to a human being. I want to verify my doctors office sent and Quest received Labs ordered before I travel ther. I'm 72 and should avoid the unnecessary trip to find out some issue causing me to waste my time. A call to numerous Quest locations eventually hang up on you and there is no option to speak to a human voice. Can someone help me? Is anyone monitoring calls or emails?
I’ve always used this Quest because I love locally but the past couple of times I’ve been disappointed. There is a newer worker, maybe there for 6 months or so, and she always gives an attitude when you hand her the lab slip- like you’re bothering her by being there- and today it took her over 20 minutes to enter an order for 5 tests. I’ve never experienced such a thing and I get my labs done often! Please replace with someone qualified!
