Great service at location! I was a walk in for a 10 Panel Drug testing, I needed for work. Quick sign in on the kiosk and got my results the next day. Very helpful and friendly staff

Very poor service. They don’t even give you time to ask questions and they ignore people in a very frustrating way. There is no one available outside, and if you want to ask something, you have to wait a long time for someone to come out from inside. One of the employees was even yelling at an elderly woman. This location in Forest Hills, at 71, really needs to be looked into. Do not go there. Even if you make an appointment in advance, you can still end up waiting for hours.
