Their office got a new facelift, which is really nice but Quest still hasn't fix the main issue. They need to have a full-time front desk administrator to help clients who are not familiar with a online system, who are nervous/confused and just to help with general questions. There is no human to talk to until a tech comes out to call the next client, which then they are bombarded by people who are patiently waiting but have genuine questions. Staff wasn’t helpful with setting an appointment. Made an appointment during a walk in and it was scheduled for the same day but 4hrs later. Left & came back before my appointment time and they said they skipped me bc I wasn’t in the building. Never called my phone to tell me. Told me to come back the next day no appointment required and the next day I was told they don’t talk walk ins on Sundays . The lead told me she would take me as a walk in. This place is very uncoordinated and unprofessional. It’s a waste of time and doesn’t meet expectations ( waited more than 2 hours when the check in screen mentioned 30-60 minutes ).
