The wait was too long. My appt was at 12pm. I arrived 20 minutes early. I knew I was in trouble when I saw that patients with 11 am appointments were still waiting. They are definitely understaffed. Other locations saw me within 10 minutes of my appt time. On the other hand, I was inside, everything went pretty quickly. The staff was very professional and efficient.

the phlebotomist was amazing and gentle to my kids. the center was clean. the wait was not too long. we were in and out. easy check in.

Not the fault of the people who work there, but upsetting that there is no receptionist, they're understaffed, and very little transparency on when you will be serviced - especially frustrating bc you often have to fast, skip medications, etc. to get reliable results, so service running late is rather impactful.

When I arrived, her computer repeatedly froze while she was entering my identification and insurance information. This took approximately 20 minutes, and she was loudly saying across the room to ask her coworker whether his computer was also frozen. Before the blood draw, I explained that my veins are very difficult to find. She agreed while attempting to locate a vein.
