Everyone who may need to have Labs done "PLEASE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT" I'm Soo glad I did! Quest opens @ 6:30am , my appt.was ,for 7am as soon as I signed in,@ 6:50 I was called! In & out .All appts are called 1ST, and Walk-INS have up to 2 hour wait.I was impressed@ the professionalism of this system. Things flow much better whenever we follow the rules . This is my 4th time to this location over the past few years. The staff is always so professional and the facility is always clean. I always book my appointment in advance and I love the automated texts and links to let the staff know you’ve arrived. I’m always seen within a timely manner. Today I had my labs drawn by Takesha (sorry if I’m misspelling it) but she was sooo sweet, gentle, and efficient! I loved her professionalism and we had a nice, short conversation. Instead of having a receptionist, they have 2 tablets. 1 doesn't work correctly. The tablets have been used for far too long. They are slow. They won't let you check on without scanning you id and insurance. The cameras don't work properly. Would it be too much too ask that Quest has a receptionist? I've seen what you charge my insurance company. It's an ungodly amount. You can afford a receptionist.

Sent here by my doctor. They gave me a list of locations and said to best call to make an appointment. Over the phone was nkt easy the automated service didn't understand me. I found the website and it was super easy. As arriving the at the marrero location, I was shocked to see everything was automated. They have 2 quiask you put in your Information and you put your ID on a trey that takes photos front and back of it. I was taken before my appointment time, approximately two minutes after I arrived. The technician was courteous, professional and I barely felt the needle stick.
