I want to commend Shawnetta in room 3 at the Marrero location for her exceptional care. I need blood work every three months and she is always able to draw my blood on the first try. Her skills, patience, and professionalism means so much to me. Because of her, I never worry about extra sticks or bruising. She is truly outstanding and deserves to be recognized. I was taken on time for my scheduled appointment and the person who performed the test was fantastic. She was very friendly and did a fantastic job getting the blood. I never even felt the needle enter the vein. The hardest part was taking the tape off when I got home (LOL).
Everyone who may need to have Labs done "PLEASE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT" I'm Soo glad I did! Quest opens @ 6:30am , my appt.was ,for 7am as soon as I signed in,@ 6:50 I was called! In & out .All appts are called 1ST, and Walk-INS have up to 2 hour wait.I was impressed@ the professionalism of this system. Things flow much better whenever we follow the rules . Sent here by my doctor. They gave me a list of locations and said to best call to make an appointment. Over the phone was nkt easy the automated service didn't understand me. I found the website and it was super easy. As arriving the at the marrero location, I was shocked to see everything was automated. They have 2 quiask you put in your Information and you put your ID on a trey that takes photos front and back of it. It also takes photo of your insurance card also then you type in your confirmation code that was texted and... read more
I went in too schedule an appointment and they just so happened to have availability to take me for two seperate procedures.I was in and out and the staff was extremely helpful and very courteous
