Terrible experience. I had a scheduled appointment today, drove 20 to 30 minutes to get here, only to find a sign on the door saying they are closed. No email, no text, and no heads-up given whatsoever. Completely unprofessional communication and a total waste of my time.

Please be aware that Quest may mix you up if you are twins in their system. It's happened multiple times. As a result, you can't comply with lab orders. This has been a constant glitch. They will blame your doctors, but it is not their fault. This is a huge problem. You are left dealing with their problem and missing your appointment. Really scary to see your own orders in your twin's profile and vice versa. I wonder about the results from past tests and whether they resulted in appropriate profiles. SCARY!!!!

I would recommend this location, just finished my appointment and the process was smooth and simple. I made an appointment online and checked in via the text link when I arrived; I was called about three minutes later. The phlebotomist was great, very professional and competent. We chatted while he took the sample, and then I was done a couple minutes later. I was in and out in 8 minutes.

Couldn't create an account to make an appointment, because the phone verification code, never went through, despite several attempts on my part! Trying to make an appointment 😩 by speaking to another human, is not an option, either! So, why even bother to put up a freaking website, for creating an account, when it's not available?!! Grrrrr! Total waste of my time! Warning the unsuspecting patients of long waits on "walk ins", is the final insult! I'm going to ask my PCP, to change my lab works back to the other laboratory.
