Great facility! Easy check-in. Had an early morning appointment, and they had me out in less than 10 minutes. Very organized and friendly staff.

I went to my 10am appointment, and when I checked in it stated that my appointment was actually at 1:50pm. I tried to inform the staff of the discrepancy, as my conformation stated 10am, but I was brushed off very rudely and was told I'd be on standby, and they had to honor the other appointments. When I was taken back, the nurse (who never stated her name) was again very rude and condescending, stating "that since my appointment was at 1:50pm that she had some free time and would take me now. i set up bloodwork through personalabs. i got there 10 minutes early, was seen 1 minute after checking in, my blood-draw took maybe 2 minutes, and i was on my way. the directions to the building are confusing, but it’s not their fault! 10/10 experience.

Heidi was amazing!!! Usually bloodwork is a huge ordeal for me because my veins are small, no matter how much water I drink. But Heidi drew my blood in record time and I was so surprised at how fast she did it! She was also kind and comforting. Highly recommend Heidi!
