the Ballston Quest location was incredibly efficient. No wait times for my scheduled visit and Jasmine was very skilled at drawing my blood.
I almost didn’t feel it. Even though I was early, I was taken as soon as I finished the self check in via kiosk.
All the staff that were there were very helpful and accommodating, I went in for a urine test and could not go lol. Thankfully they all made me comfortable, and after an hour of getting myself together I was able to go. The young lady named Jasmine was a huge help!!!
This lab never has on time appointments and I ordered my labs near three weeks ago and still no lab results and no way to call to ask
