Not even worth a one star, i had appointment 3 months ago, entered to the room and medical staff did not even greet and introduce to me. Just coldly said “Sit”. Whole blood test from her was cold short answered even though i asked few questions since it was my first testing. Very unprofessional, came up there two times she was very rude. She is on her phone while i’m trying to schedule an appointment. Don’t recommend this location for anyone.
I had a traumatic experience years ago at a teaching facility when I got blood drawn so I was very anxious. I do have a vasovagal response and it can be super bad. Best. Draw. Ever. One poke. I didn’t even have a mark the next day. I have never felt so comfortable, seen, heard, and respected. This will be my go-to for my bloodwork from now on. Thank you so much to the wonderful ladies who made me feel calm! Amazingly skilled and the kindest bedside manner.
