I like how Quest loads results right away, with medical explanations and charts over time.
Danaye Fleming one of the 2 staff that was there or on duty displayed and projected unbecoming behavior / attitude . He tone of voice with her non verbal gestures of unpleasant behavior really showed during interaction . Instead of listening , the command for her instruction was very authoritative. Raising her voice! Insisted that her actions and command was the only right way. Lack of respect and empathy . Behavior displayed does not conform with the basic standards on how to deal patient in health care settings. Definitely... read more
I had a wonderful experience with Donaye!! The first time I remained calm throughout the entire process…thank you so much!!
Donaye was great!! I have tricky veins but everything went super smooth no pain at all! Probably my best experience getting blood drawn.
The service was extremely better compared to the past. Great sign in and accurate time. The phlebotomist was very talented.
