Had a great experience here. Had an appt and were taken back immediately. My daughter was treated with courtesy for her blood draw. We were in and out in five minutes.
Whenever I have come to take my exams here, the experience has been good. Latoya attended me and the experience was excellent! Good energy and good attitude!
Very slow location: I had an appointment, checked in using the kiosk (on time) and still waited 35 minutes to be seen. However my technician was amazing
This was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve done this test before, so I understand some discomfort is normal — but this was extreme. The staff member Latoya Brown caused severe pain during the procedure. I clearly told her multiple times that the pain was unbearable, but she continued without explanation or empathy. When I spoke up again, she responded by raising her voice and asking, “Should I take it off?” in a frustrated tone.
