Went for a scheduled appointment, waited to be seen and wasn’t so I had to leave. Long wait and bad customer service
Received invalid test results, and on top of that the technicians did not capture my insurance information correctly so my claim was not billed to insurance and I received an outrageous bill from Quest.
Donaye was really nice, she was gentle with my son who was getting some blood work done. Didn’t give 5 stars because of the wait.
I had my lab test this morning at this center, and everything was organized and on time. Ms. Jasmin was extremely professional and patient during the blood draw — I usually have very difficult veins, but she found them easily and it was completely painless. I truly appreciate her skill and the excellent service at this center
Yesterday, I made an appointment online for a very basic blood test. I arrived and was seen on time, but it turned out they couldn't pay for the service on site; it could only be done online on the company's website. This was very inconvenient and time-consuming. Okay, I paid, but I had to answer a bunch of the same questions again. This wasted my time again.
