My experience at this Quest Diagnostics location was fantastic. There was very little crowd, my appointment was on time, and the staff was extremely polite and professional. Everything was smooth and efficient. In contrast, my previous visit to a different location was a horrible experience, so I truly appreciate the excellent service at this branch. It made a big difference.

The young lady who helped me was wonderful. Very respectful and kind. She did not rush me out after the blood draw.

The phlebotomist who took my blood was excellent and she helped me add another test. HbA1c. I give her 5 stars (rating 1 to 5).

I had an appt this morning and it was 59 degrees in the waiting area, and it was 52 degrees outside at this location. I mentioned this to the staff and they said the heating system has not worked for a few months. This location is a disaster and needs a very good scrubbing. Santa Clara County Health Dept might want to take a good look at this medical facility. As a matter of fact, I am submitting a claim right now to the SCC Health Dept. This location needs to be closed and is a serious health risk to employees and patients!
