I totally dislike getting blood work done, but my experience at Quest Diagnostics was excellent. The young lady who helped me was friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience much easier. The process was flawless and practically painless. I felt one tiny pinch—honestly, less painful than a finger prick—and the next thing I knew, I had a Band-Aid and we were done. The only thing missing from this five-star experience was my lollipop on the way out. I’m still waiting, Quest! JK
I don’t recommend walk ins for Quest but they saw me within an hour wait time for a morning lab. My Dr was friendly and better than what I expected.
Andrea is really great, friendly, quick, and efficient!! She made it a very seamless process and made it comfortable for someone who doesn’t do well with blood draws! The location took me quickly both when I had an appointment and as a standby as well!
To be fair they are much better than labcorp.And busier too.
I was a bit nervous prior to my appointment at Quest as I didn’t have good experience at one of their branches over 4yrs ago and had since changed to Labcorp. I am seeing a new doctor now and she ordered a bunch of more comprehensive tests for me through Quest. Scheduled an appointment for Aug 22nd at 8:30am as it was a fasting blood test.
