I have been in this place for more than 5 times for testing myself and my kids. I’d say this quest location is 1000 times better than other places I have been to. Clean, polite, fast service and much less traffic.
Great service by Andrea, she was so positive and drew my blood test with compassion, check in convenient, appointment system is smooth, love the fact there was hardly any wait and conveniently located.
No online appointment slots fit my schedule, so I just walked in and checked in at the kiosk — super simple! Around 8am on a weekday it wasn’t crowded at all, and I barely waited. The staff here are friendly and efficient. A special thank you to amazing Sofia — she used the butterfly needle for my lab draw and I literally felt nothing. The whole process was smooth, quick, and surprisingly delightful. She truly made my day! Five stars to Sofia!
