Was here yesterday 02/02/2026 at 8:30 am. Had to come for a urine test. The Spanish woman working there laughed at me due to my paperwork. I did have a hard copy of identification. She questioned who my nephew was since he is more darker than me. Made very racist comments in Spanish. I’m Hispanic and understand. She called him “el negrito” and said “queras pollo frito” (you want fried chicken). Very rude and mean. So unprofessional. You look like a sixty year old lady. Went there today 02/02/2026 for a drug test per my employer. Lady denied my temporary commercial license from the DMV despite having a separate military id. She was very rude. I was with my 5 year old nephew and she made a racist comment about me being light skin and him being dark. She called him “el negro” in Spanish. Saying oh he “likes the pollo mucho fried”. As a person serving this country I would never come here again. Racist and pure rude. My nephew is only 5. Have some dignity woman!!
The worst customer service ever. Quest must fired them all.
