The phlebotomist had zero compassion or bedside manner. I told him of my daughter's intense fear of needles and that she really rather have the blood draw on her inner arm, but he pressed that he would only do it from her hand without even checking her other arm. She said it hurt SO bad. We've gone to this office many times and every other phlebotomist has had a successful blood draw from her inner arm on the first stick. I took my Mom there today to get some bloodwork done. The lab technician who said she was the “head” technician who works multiple locations told my mom to sign something she could not read or see. When I asked her to let her see it she became hostile. When I told her my mom needed a butterfly needle she didn’t acknowledge my request. I had to ask if she heard me, and she said yes in a hostile tone. It's unprofessional and quite disrespectful to have to sit shoulder to shoulder in small waiting room for over a hour.
They didn’t know what a complete blood count test was. Very rude too
