This location is extremely poorly managed and they don’t have a proper system or portal for online scheduling, and their automated phone system is just as useless. To make matters worse, the doctor there is frankly incompetent. He seems entirely unqualified, so there’s really no point in trying to reason with him.

The woman who drew my blood was friendly, knowlegable and efficient.
It was about a 40 min wait with me being a walk in for labs. But, Yanni effortlessly took my blood and got me out of there. Most of the time people have to dig around in my arm to get the right vein position but with one try he was able to get it done. And I didn’t look like I got beat up the next day!
Check in was easy and appointment was quick. Traffic to get there was terrible. Please open a facility in Concrd, NC!
