My recent experience was frustrating. The touch screen was unresponsive, making it difficult to use; I had to press firmly on each letter just to type. After scanning my photo for online check-in, I still had to use the check-in kiosk. Once I completed that, there were no instructions on what to do next. An associate told me to wait in the lobby, but the text message I received instructed me to go directly to the lab. This conflicting information made for a confusing and frustrating experience.
Lazy and unwilling to be of any help.
Getting blood drawn isn’t my favorite thing to do, but this Quest Diagnostics location is nice. My appointment ran on time, the phlebotomist was really nice, and she was efficient and caring. I have to go back in 10 days for another draw and I hope she’s there and does my draw! I actually look forward to chatting with her briefly during my appointment! :) I recommend this location for sure!
Quick, Easy, Efficient! Only time I had problems was when there was a firedrill in the middle of the day (which everyone apologized profusely for). Highly recommend.
I had two great experiences with getting my labs drawn by the phlebotomist Khush! I have anxiety when it comes to needles and she helped calmed my nerves. 10/10 experience!
