This place was by far the best I have been to since my six years living in NC. First of all I was a walkin, so I went there prepared to have a wait time. So I used the kiosk and checked in and it said walkin was full for today however, if I wanted to wait it would be 30-60mins. I heard my name less than 5mins being called. Extremely fast and courteous. Got the results back very quickly as well.
The 2 women were so very nice and professional. I was running late due to a meeting and they were just so nice and reassuring. I even heard another patient that is afraid of needles give the ladies kudos
I NEVER have a problem anytime I have my blood work done here. I barely had to wait any time before my name was called and that's how it is every time I go there. The phlebotomists are ALWAYS kind and caring and get my blood the very first time. It doesn't hurt that I have amazing veins even at 74.
