Miss Debbie is the BOMB! She’s amazing and makes me feel at ease!
I went to Quest Diagnostics twice as a walk-in. The first day I was turned away and told to book online, but there were no appointments for over a week. The next day I tried again and had two very different experiences. One young technician was excellent — fast, professional, and caring. But another staff member, Debbie, kept me and another walk-in waiting for over an hour while she did nothing until an appointment patient arrived. She even sent another walk-in home. Sat through my appointment time to get sent home with a sample kit. I was told just to bring the samples back the following day. I tried to bring the samples in today and was told that I needed an appointment to do that. I was not told that originally. Two slow lab techs with zero customer service skills.
