Made an appointment for 10 AM and was told the computers crashed so everyone there had to check in as a walk-in. Waited 3 hours to see someone. I don't blame the staff since its not their fault their system crashed but its ridiculous for anyone who has a life.
I used to arrive 5 minutes earlier than my appointment and I have to wait 10 - 15 minutes to get my name called in. This is fine to me but the service is very close to "Extremely satisfied".
I love the staffs here, very professional, fast and friendly. I can trust them more than other places.
