The technician that drew my blood was great. she was very professional and did a great job.
This place is AWFUL. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Staff is rude, they don’t even have enough staff- so you wait for hours and it’s impossible to make an appointment before 10am. Oh and don’t bother going in as a walk in. Will never come here again.
Tish at this location was wonderful! Super helpful, great customer service skills and great person! I was in and out of there quickly too.
Went to this location fir a scheduled appointment through their automated system only to find out that they do not do the required test at the time their system scheduled it. They referred me to AnyLab which is nearby but this was still inconvenient.
They don’t interact, don’t respond. Lobby is only for sitting no information. This location needs to be close and the staff need a training on how to treat patients/ customers for atleast a full month. Very rude and don’t care about others waiting no update, walking appointment doesn’t even show in the wait list after checkin.
