The phlebotomist, Jane, who is always working at this location is great. She’s extra pleasant, professional, and never misses a vain. The personal trust there is really important to me as a patient, so I always go to this location and hope to see her - which I always do! Quest should hire more people like her.
This location is in Randall's, but the pharmacy. I scheduled an appt online for a later time but came in a couple hours early just in case there was a lull and I could be seen earlier. I thought I might early voted while waiting. I signed in at the computer and I only waited 15 mins. Jane is awesome! She is a skilled phlebotomist ... Typically have a pretty good experience here but had an appt on the morning of February 10th and the phlebotomist was not good. Poked around for a bit in one vein then moved to another where she also moved around and I was left bruised in both places which never happens to me! I’ve been a few time prior and had an African American women who was great and I had no issues or bruising but this one was bad. A week later I’m still very bruised. The phlebotomist that took care of me today was so friendly and did an amazing job. I felt no pain and the service was very quick! Definitely recommend
I was there a week or so back. Checkin at Quest is simple and fast. Bexley made the whole thing fast and painless. She is very efficient and I was out in a few minutes. Thank you!!
