I had a blood draw this afternoon at the Quest Lab on Brodie. Jane was the phlebotomist and she was terrific! Professional, friendly and took me earlier than my appointment time. Thank you! Hopefully she’ll be there the next time I need a draw. What I’ve learned is that a Quest lab or any other lab company is only as good as the phlebotomists they employ!! Buda Quest was good until they changed their person and the new lady was rude and gave me a huge, raised bruise😤😤.
One of the worst medical experiences in my life, the overweight lady in the doctor's outfit lied straight to my face when I had signed up 3 people before, and said I wasn't even in the building. Shen then tried to change her lie and say she called me and didn't hear anything. The clinic then closed and I wasn't able to get me my very much needed medication. Do not go here if you don't want to be gaslit to your face.
I needed to wait a week to get in for my bloodwork. I had absolutely no problem waiting as long as I could get Jane. I have terrible veins and she has always been so perfect and dead on that I didn't even feel it. You have no idea how much this means to someone who gets faint at the sight of needles. For anyone coming here for the first time, Quest Diagnostics is tucked inside the Randalls, just head toward the right side and you’ll see it set up like a little stand-alone shop. The door may look locked, but it isn’t—just open it and walk in. Checking in is simple. There’s a kiosk available if you didn’t make an appointment, and if you did, you’ll get a convenient link sent to your phone about ten minutes before your scheduled time. The woman was 10 minutes late to open the clinic then looked me up and down with disgust when I asked if she was with Quest as she walked into work. Leaving to go to CPL.
