I went there Friday Oct 24 to my morning appt and they were closed with a note on the door saying sorry for the inconvenience but the closest Quest is 151 Sunrise Ave. They did not text or email me with this information. I wasn't the only one there was a couple other people that showed up afterme. So I don't know if it was just for that day or permanently closed down (?)
We had an appointment for our children’s lab tests this morning, scheduled well in advance. When we arrived, we found the department closed. No one called or informed us that they had suddenly decided not to work. The children hadn’t eaten in the morning and missed school because of this. Such treatment of clients is absolutely unacceptable — at the very least, we should have been notified in advance so as not to waste our time and effort. We are very disappointed. People without conscience work there.
I had a wonderful experience getting my labs done! I was in and out in no time. I made an appointment, arrived and checked in, and was seen immediately—out in 10 minutes. Awesome job, Quest of Roseville. I recommend this location.
Everything was great. The lady who took the blood sample was very professional and did a great job. The only problem was the location where the urine sample was placed, which we had to move to another location.
