Every time I arrive for lab work I receive prompt service. The establishment is clean, there's plenty of seating, and two kiosks available for check-in. The staff are courteous and competent. My advice to anyone coming in is to set up an account online from home which streamlines the process and makes check-in seamless. I've seen people come in as standby and I can tell they are frustrated with service/wait times.
