I had the opposite experience many others posted about! Even tho I was on standby I was called within 10 minutes for glucose tolerance test/ labs. Process explained well, waiting area separate from lobby, a couple staff asked if I was doing okay. Only complaint is the lobby chairs were sort of sticky and the restroom smelled horribly like urine. Other than that it was a decent experience and staff was all kind!

I took my mom for her appointment at this location. My mom didn't wait long for someone to call her. Unfortunately, the phlebotomist Carrie is very rude and condescending. She poked my mom's right arm 2x and was unsuccessful. My mom asked for someone else, and she refused and ignored her request. My mom is a retired phlebotomist, and this individual needs additional training. We asked for her supervisor, and she said there is no supervisor or manager working. I’ve always made an appointment and known what I’m there for. Never had any issues with staff or check in process, and blood draws have been beautifully painless. Waiting room is usually packed and others are often cranky-maybe because they’re scared, and unfortunately the staff take the brunt of it.
Same as everyone else. Long waits. They take way more appointments then they can actually service. Do you love our healthcare system too?
