The employees are helpful. It's generally very difficult for people to be able to find my veins to withdraw the blood, but the employees here are very good at. The appointment and check-in systems are very efficient. You can set your appointment on your computer or the Quest mobile app. You can quickly check-in on the app when you arrive at the Quest location.
I arrived early because I didn't want to inconvenience others if I was late, and the laboratory technician called me a little earlier than my scheduled time, which was very helpful. There were also two check-in kiosks, and by following the instructions on the screen, the process went smoothly and without any issues. Great location. Fast. Timely.
phlebotomist was crabby and arrogant about how her abilities were better than her co-workers, and that they all bug her for stuff. And then SHE processed the wrong lab order for me! She ordered the basic lipid panel instead of the Advanced Lipid Panel for me, so now I don't have the results I need for my upcoming dr appt, and this dr takes months to get in to see. The phlebotomist, Denise, who took care of me was very compassionate, thorough, and explained everything she was doing. I made an appointment in the Quest app and was seen 10 minutes late after my appt time. No biggie. Overall good experience.
