I’ve always made an appointment and known what I’m there for. Never had any issues with staff or check in process, and blood draws have been beautifully painless. Waiting room is usually packed and others are often cranky-maybe because they’re scared, and unfortunately the staff take the brunt of it.
Same as everyone else. Long waits. They take way more appointments then they can actually service. Do you love our healthcare system too?
