Sierra college location was locked for my 4/27 appointment at 8:40. Spent an hour with customer service, no help. Received a text 3 hours AFTER my appointment;"Sorry, we had to cancel your Quest appointment on 04/27/26 at 08:40amPT. This location will be closed for maintenance. To reschedule your appointment..."; That is completely unacceptable and could not get any accommodation for this on 4/28. How does something like this happen??

Don’t even think about doing a walk-in. These employees could not care less about walk-ins. I made the appointment for the following week, went in 30 minutes early to check in and was advised by the kiosk to come back in the office 10 minutes prior to the appointment. They never called my name and tried not to honor my appointment and consider considered me a walk-in and made me feel like they were doing me a huge favor by fitting me in. Will schedule it Sutter from here forward. Horrible customer care.
This place is running behind for hours on end unable to provide realistic timelines to patients with appointments of walk-ins. Get your test done elsewhere, your time or experience isn’t important to anyone who works here. They’re “doing their best” like everyone else apparently, but if there’s no chance you’re going to meet your estimate of 30-60 minutes wait time for walk-ins, you owe it to the people waiting to acknowledge that.
