Earl here at Quest went over and beyond for us! We had no appointment but yet we were called back within a minute of arriving here. With the paperwork we provided was something he never seen before. He went over and beyond to figure it out and we left as happy customers. Thank you, Earl for your great customer service!!
showed up an hour early expecting the worst, but they impressed me quick and efficient... professional ,friendly techs... the waiting room could have been a little less corprate feeling, thumbs up.
The computerization process is not friendly to the aged or walk-in. Walk in is overwhelming for a first-timer. In all the times I have utilized Quest I have not seen staff assist to help in lobby. When we first started with quest my mom and daughters had to go to 3 different locations to complete a blood draw because it was close to the end of business.
