Disappointed. I came at 11:15am they close at 12pm. Told me they weren’t taking any clients. I’m not understanding why when there was no one in the waiting area. Seemed like no one was in the back as far as clients. What I came for was something that could have gotten taken care of before 12pm.

“Mark” just tried to rush me through a blood draw. There was no one else in the waiting room at all. I have no problem with him telling me that they don’t have the time because I was 8 minutes late for my appt and we have to reschedule but you don’t tell someone you are about to stick with a needle that “we have to be quick” and “we don’t have much time”. Both actual quotes. Did I mention that there was no one else in the waiting room - zero, no one, empty. Never again Quest.
