You gotta take the urine sample in the common restroom of that floor! Walk there with the container, pee, walk with the container back, and drop it off. Everybody you run into finds out and I’m sure it’s not pleasant for them either. Not the most hygienic either as you gotta exit the restroom to drop off the container and then your hands are contaminated. Also, I had to book my appt more than two weeks in advance to get a morning spot for fasting glucose.
Given the mixed reviews I was a little worried about what I might encounter. However, this location is the most convenient to me, so I scheduled the appointment anyway for a lab test my doctor ordered. The office is nice and clean. I arrived 10 minutes early as directed, and used the kiosk to check in. A few minutes after that, I got done with the blood draw. Martin is professional and explained the estimates of charges based on my insurance coverage. The service is as good as any other labs I've been to before.
Nice and quick, no fuss. Remember that you'll be anxious for the blood draw, so work with your technician and you'll have a good time. We're all humans at the end of the day. Be sure to have an appointment and arrive 10 minutes head of time, it smoothes out the entire process.
Disappointed. I came at 11:15am they close at 12pm. Told me they weren’t taking any clients. I’m not understanding why when there was no one in the waiting area. Seemed like no one was in the back as far as clients. What I came for was something that could have gotten taken care of before 12pm.
Refuse to take walk in even though no one is waiting and the doctor clearly has nothing to do
