Martin is one of the best phlebotomists ever. He fit me in to a tight schedule, had a painless draw, and got me in and out in 10 minutes. Wish everyone was as good as him!!
I was also worried about my appointment given the reviews but found my experience to be fast, efficient, and on time. I did have an appointment and it was honored. Martin did a great job.
If you dont have an appointment dont bother. No appointments were available 3 days out. I paid for parking, walked over and did the kiosk. The warning said up to an hour wait for wal ins which is fine. 10 minutes later a guy pops out and calls my name he said that they have 3 walk ins already and can't take anymore? Its 9am an hour after opening and the small waiting area isn't even full. He said he can give me the address to another quest. I asked how far it was he said he "didn't know" but he knew the address without a ref... read more
I had Quest cancel three appointments before I finally got this one which they didn't cancel. I had to reschedule and then reschedule my doctor appointment each time. I plan to ask my doctor if there is another lab I could use.
