Visited on May 4th around 10:30 AM. Thank you — I’m honestly so grateful to the staff member who helped me today. He was super efficient, professional, kind, and friendly. I expected long waits, but he managed to squeeze me in and took care of everything in minutes, so smoothly. Really appreciate the care and attitude — I’ll definitely come back to this lab just because of him.
Made an appointment, received a text one hour before that confirmed the appointment. When I arrived the door was locked, and a sign said the office was unexpectedly closed. This is the 2nd time.

Appointment canceled 1 week before its scheduled time. You have to schedule your appointment 3-4 weeks in advance. Then 1 week before the appointment, they cancel the appointment and state “no problem, just schedule another appointment.” This is a problem, because they know better than me, that appointments require 3-4 weeks advanced scheduling. Now I am taking off time from work waiting over an hour on the standby list at another quest location.
