Do not recommend coming in as a walk-in. The facility is supposed to operate 8am-12pm, 1pm-4pm. I came in this morning, sat there and waited with only 1 more walk-in ahead of me. At 9:50am the phlebotomist told me they are going on a 30 minute break. This break is not listed on the facility's website and only one phlebotomist working on site. I was also told that they would not take me after the break because "back-to-back appointments every 10 minutes." This facility has no available appointments for weeks and it seems like... read more
Impossible to work with - no one picks up the phone and website is incomprehensible
this location never has an open slot that you can make a reservation online, but whenever I go there, this is never the case. The location is never busy. so you know what it means
