Lied to me.
"no room for walk ins" as i am standing in an empty waiting room at 8am.
The guy working the morning of the 12th has horrible bedside manner. I expressed having had trouble with blood draws in the past due to a fear I have, and he decided to talk up how much blood was going to be drawn as part of my order. Is that seriously the best thing to say? I would think a medical professional would then provide some reassurance, but if not then maybe just stay silent rather than whatever it is this guy was trying to do.
Got here at 2:30pm there were no patients and no walk ins and the guy said he was going for a break and wasn’t going to take any more patients and told me to go to a different location. It’s supposed to be open till 4:00pm.
So organized from beginning when you use app & make an appointment to the text message when you arrive & check in & to finally the moment you get your blood work done. Very fast & friendly & patient
