Easy to make an appointment on line and the check in was simple on the app. Sofian did my draw and I can't say enough about how pleasant and professional he was. This location is not the closest to our house, but both my wife and I prefer this one.
Darcey was a delight and made the visit very enjoyable. I was able to make an appointment the night before and I waited, at most, 2 minutes. I would come here again.
Quest seems to have a habit of either losing stool samples or claiming that the specimen containers were not filled properly and therefore refusing to run the tests.This time, it happened at the Quest location at Sky Ridge Hospital, but I have had the same issue with patients I referred to their Castle Rock locations. They accept the stool sample, collect your co-pay—which they never reimburse when the test isn't performed—and then, a few days later, claim that the specimen container was not filled properly. Sofian is wonderful! I’ve been going to Quest Diagnostics for many years and he is usually there. Sofian is the nicest guy! I never feel rushed, I never feel the needle go into my arm, and I truly enjoy seeing him. The wait time at this location is usually minimal and I like the waiting area too. Thank you!
This was my daughter's first time having her blood drawn and her phlebotomist was very compassionate and thoughtful trying to put her at ease. I'm truly grateful for how well she was taken care of.
