I didn't like the fact I had to pay something on my past due before being soon. And wish I was warned so I could have been more prepared. Then when I git in the back the lady was helpful but she had ti assist her coworker so I had to wait and was holding my urine for a min before I could get my drug test done.
Gianna was absolutely amazing for my blood draw. Personable, caring, and made me feel like I was in good hands, which I was. They called me back within a minute of checking in for my appointment. Got to the draw fast after double checking which tests I wanted done and confirming identity. Gianna got the vein on first pierce, no digging needed even though my veins are small.
