I hate that you can’t talk to anyone. You have to wait hours before you see anyone. You have to check in on a kiosk and just wait like cattle. In my case I waited an hour and a half before I was talked to and told my anthem blue cross isn’t accepted. I’ve been to quest many times so just another example of how crappy they are. I wish there was another way
They were fast in and out. Love the new system for checking in..
Made an appointment for 2pm, Arrived at 1pm. It's now 2:16pm & I'm tired of watching golf.
