At first I was apprehensive about this location because the reviews looked low. But the staff was very fast, kind, and professional! I was in and out in 5 minutes for a blood draw.
Easy to schedule especially with the App, easy to check-in, they are always on time, staff is amazing (I always go to the Austin - Lakeway location at Randall’s). I would literally not go anywhere else.
Renee is amazing, so sweet, accommodating and my appointment was pain free!
There was only one terminal available to log in. (1)There were several patients who seemed to either not understand that they were required to log in if they had an appointment- Recommendation- add a sign that clearly states that EVERYONE must first log in, even though they have an appointment.(2) There was only one terminal to log into. This created a bottleneck. Recommendation- add a 2nd terminal to move patients through more efficiently.
I got there early because I was fasting and hungry. They got me in 30 minutes before my appointment, which was great. I was only there for less than 5 minutes once they got me into the blood draw room. The staff was friendly & Professional and the location was very clean.
