The Quest office in the Randalls in Lakeway is convenient, and all the staff I have encountered there are very professional. The store has plenty of parking, as is clean and comfortable, so even when I've had to wait, I was able to take care of shopping. But with an appointment, I've always been in and out quickly. It's not much fun getting blood drawn for tests, but the experience here is about as good as it gets.
Very convenient. I was a walk-in and waited for the appointments to get done then she kindly apologized for the wait-which I expected since i didn’t have an appointment. She was quick, friendly and efficient. That’s gonna be my go-to from now on.
Terrible experience with Quest Diagnostics as a cash-paying customer. They were extremely difficult to work with, significantly overbilled us, and were unwilling to make any reasonable adjustments when we tried to resolve the issue. Experiences like this are exactly what is so frustrating about the healthcare system. Pricing should be transparent and patients paying out of pocket should be treated fairly, not left fighting unexpected charges after the fact. quick and easy, glad to have a blood test location close by
At first I was apprehensive about this location because the reviews looked low. But the staff was very fast, kind, and professional! I was in and out in 5 minutes for a blood draw.
