It's impossible to get a human being on the phone. Doctor told me to verify ahead of time lab could perform my test. How do I do that when no one answers just an automated phone message
Extremely Disappointed, after traveling from North Tampa to Valrico, to receive notification when I tried to complete the online check-in that "because I was more than 1 minute late my appointment was canceled & would have to be rescheduled"! That expectation should have been established during the registration process! My representative Michelle & several others were very efficient & professional! I Loved that you can check in with your cell phone when you arrive and do not have to use the kiosk. The whole process was very easy.
I’ve been waiting for more than 30 minutes and counting. My appointment was at 10:10, and they’re super delayed. They’re only just now attending the 9:40 appointments. A customer just asked, and they said they’re running an hour behind. How is this even possible? So what’s the point of making an appointment?
