I made an appointment to drop off a sample at the Quest Carlin Springs center. Despite arriving early and signing in the second I was allowed to, I waited 30 minutes before going in for the 5-minute dropoff. While waiting, I saw two people who arrived after my appointment time go in before me. Does an appointment mean nothing at Quest?! I might as well have just walked in. Worst experience ever. Don’t handover your Creditcard to them. They will steal money saying that we will put on hold and charge you as much they want. I was fully covered by my insurance and she scammed me. On asking my receipt and paperwork i was put on waiting area for 2 hrs and no one showed up. I would request the concerned authorities to look into this matter. please
Absolutely GOD AWFUL. I scheduled an appointment for a mandatory screening. When I arrived, there were people who were scheduled an hour and a half before me still waiting to be seen. It became quickly apparent that the place was severely understaffed. There was one technician working and she was absolutely overwhelmed. At one point, she poked her head into the waiting room, crying, apologizing profusely. The phlebotomy technician working at this site, Kyshawn J, was excellent and helped make my visit seamless. She was very helpful in walking me through the process, especially when I was on a time crunch. Everything was painless and swift. Great experience with Quest.
I appreciated that the staff checked with people in waiting room to see if anyone needed help signing in to kiosk. This is a daunting task to many people and I have never had any personnel attempt to assist folks before and it really makes a difference. Staff seems like a unit which is not evident in other Quest locations.
