Donicka at Quest Diagnostics was outstanding. She was professional, incredibly kind, and made the process fast and comfortable. Excellent service!
The online scheduling and kiosk check in was extremely easy. Text reminders were the appropriate level of communication. My lab technician Donika, was EXCELLENT. Wonderful customer service, very efficient, friendly and extremely skilled. Ver happy with the service at Carlin Springs Rd Quest Location.
I'd give this site zero stars if I could. The sole worker at the location is making policies which are not published on your website. She stipulated that no drug screens are taken after 1530EST. I arrived at 1520 and waited. When she finally finished with four people ahead of me she officiously recounted all of her policies--which I told her are not on the website. She didn't care. Rude as hell. If you don’t like people why do you work in health care? It makes no sense !! I have bad days too but I am never taking it out on others. It just blows me away that people can act so mean to strangers.
