The Patient Service Center in patient process was effcient and overall wonderful experience.
I went in for specific blood work and the lab only completed one of the three tests that were ordered. My doctor had to call me and reorder the missing work, so now I have to go back for a second blood draw. That's a waste of my time for something that should have been done correctly the first time. Disappointing.
The check-in process was easy and the whole experience took less than 20 minutes. The lovely woman who took my blood (Mechelle) was friendly, efficient and so nice! Great experience all the way around.
I can’t remember the last time I felt so dehumanized while visiting a medical facility. The entire experience was awful. The staff showed no compassion or kindness and were incredibly rude and unprofessional. My arm was badly bruised after the visit, which has never happened to me before. More than that, the way I was treated was disrespectful and honestly shocking. I would never return to this location and cannot recommend it based on my experience.
I made an appt for later in the day, but I had time earlier, and they graciously accepted me as a walk-in. Very accomodating, efficient but most of all, they make it easy for me to compare historical
