Had an appointment here. Check in was easy on the kiosk I was called back in less than 5 minutes . I believe her name was RayJ, she was very friendly, professional & made me feel comfortable as I don’t like to get blood drawn. She was quick I was in and out
If you can avoid going to this location, please do. I wish I could leave a zero stars because that’s what my experience here was. Absolutely terrible. It took me almost two hours even though I had an appointment due to the terribly rude and unhelpful staff. It is frustrating to take time off of work for something as simple as blood work and to have it take hours for seemingly no reason at all. The bad reviews are true, avoid this place at all costs if you can. I have to get blood work done often so I've been to many Quest locations, some are better than others of course, but I've never experienced anything close to the level of unprofessionalism that I did at the carlin springs location. Staff was rude, condescending, rushed me at every instance, and sloppy with their work. Had an appointment. Checked in using the kiosk I waited for 30 minutes after my appointment time and finally decided to leave. They didn’t take in one person the whole time I was there.
Donicka at Quest Diagnostics was outstanding. She was professional, incredibly kind, and made the process fast and comfortable. Excellent service!
