I can’t remember the last time I felt so dehumanized while visiting a medical facility. The entire experience was awful. The staff showed no compassion or kindness and were incredibly rude and unprofessional. My arm was badly bruised after the visit, which has never happened to me before. More than that, the way I was treated was disrespectful and honestly shocking. I would never return to this location and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

I made an appt for later in the day, but I had time earlier, and they graciously accepted me as a walk-in. Very accomodating, efficient but most of all, they make it easy for me to compare historical

I recently visited the Quest Diagnostics site on Carlin Springs Road. The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and painless. They saw me right on time and took extra steps to care for my needs even though I was almost the last patient of the day. I highly recommend this site and its staff.

Staff is unfriendly and the cell service in the building is poor.

Honestly very disappointed. The posted hours say the place is open until 4:30, and I arrived around 4:15, but they told me to come back on Monday instead of helping me. On top of that, the attitude from one of the girls working there was really rude and unprofessional. If you’re going to close early, at least update the hours or treat customers with respect.
