Easy to Schedule online. Convenient location. No wait. Great service. Done in 30 minutes or less. I arrived early and was seen almost immediately. The technician was personable and competent
This location really disappointed me. While I've had good experiences in the past, today was different. The technician was rude and unprofessional, even complaining about her job in my presence. The urinalysis area was not properly prepared before my arrival. I had a 12:50 appointment but wasn’t seen until 1:20, which is 30 minutes late. To top it off, the technician made a negative comment on the collection form because I complained. This is simply unacceptable.
