The person who drew my blood at this location was very rude and unprofessional. I politely requested that she use a specific vein because I had previously experienced significant bruising when blood was drawn from a different site. She appeared offended by my request and responded with a stern, unfriendly demeanor. After that, the blood draw felt rushed and careless. The person who drew my blood at this location was very rude. When I requested her that can she draw the blood from a specific vein since I got badly bruised when they took blood from elsewhere, she got offended and gave me a stern look. After that she drew the blood in such a haste throwing things here and there, shoving the needle in my vein almost hurting me in the process. Horrible experience.
Phlebotomist Kathy was professional and friendly. She just did a great job drawing my blood.
