Excellent service
I have to say, my teenager is vehemently opposed to the bloodwork thing, and had a bit of a meltdown prior to starting. The nurses asked me if I would walk around the corner, and I listened to them make it happen. Their chairside manner was amazing, and when I got back in view, one of them was wiping the sweat off her neck from the panic attack. Anyway, this branch is in great hands, and Marquita and LaToya are amazing at what they do. Couldn't recommend this location any more passionately.
The staff here are callous, abusive, and untrained. During a blood draw, the nurse wasn't paying attention and removed the needle at an angle. She tore my arm and blew out my vein. I ended up in the ER as a result of her carelessness. This picture is from a week later. The worst part is that there are no consequences for these people. Quest and their staff are a menace to the community.
