In the past, my experience has not been very positive with previous staff but this time it was completely different. The person who took care of my blood work was very professional, courteous and friendly. I was called in on time and no delays. I believe her name is Kenterra. I may not have the correct spelling of her name.

Tech was extremely outwardly rude. Any time I had any sort of question it was met with attitude and eyerolls. They drew blood and were very sloppy removing the needle and now I have excessive pain in my arm for what should be a routine exercise. This individual made it very clear they had no patience for their job and did not care at all how that effects any of their customers.
My lab techs were amazing... I had a unique experience in which my Dr ordered way my lab draws than they normally see. Marketia and Latoya handled w such care and made sure I was reclined for the lengthy draw and ensured my recovery before letting me leave. Job well done and much appreciated...otherwise I could have passed out. Please reward their efforts and bedside manner.
