Never made it there. The worst ever in the history of the world appointment-setting system and 100% automated, no option to speak to a human. No option to speak to a smart artificial intelligence even, only a very limited one. I loved technology until today.
After driving an hour in heavy traffic I was exactly 1 minute late. I was turned away.
The lab techs are the absolute best, I have extremely hard veins to find and they took all of their time until they found one, they are extremely nice and if you have anxiety like I do they are really really great to work with, thank goodness there’s finally a decent location!
