BLOWN AWAY by our experience here!!! We made an appointment online and got sent a link to click when we arrived. We came in, clicked the link that we were there, sat in the seats of the waiting room, the tv display showed that we were signed in and what position in line we were. After a literal 30 seconds of waiting, the sweetest technician ever came and called us back, took our lab order and then did the blood draw so quickly and efficiently. This time, I was smart enough to make an online appointment, and I highly recommend it because of how easy the whole process was. I checked in on my phone, sat down, and was called back within 10 minutes. The phlebotomist who took me back was Tiarra. She was extremely professional, personable, and clearly very skilled at her job. It was a quick, nearly painless poke! So far I never had a bad experience from Quest. everyone was so friendly, my last blood test I got it done by Luann, she was so gentle and it was my first time visited her location where she works at. Thank you Luann for taken me in for a short notice. I normally go to rainbow location, but there were no appointments available in that morning. I needed my bloodwork done as soon as possible,my doctor office sent in the order so late, Luann was nice enough to take care of me last Friday. now my results are ready for my doctor... read more

I have been self insured for a while. I have high blood pressure and recently developed type 2 diabetes. Quest diagnostics is affordable and their entire system is amazingly efficient and gets you in and out with professionalism. Facilities are clean, clinicians very nice and knowledgeable. Awesome!

Love being able to check in remotely and remain in car until just before being called, especially because the waiting area in my most convenient location is very small. The phlebotomist did a great job - I am a hard stick with small veins and he didn't leave any bruise marks so I was very happy.
