DO NOT COME HERE. When you check in, it asks if you want to receive a text so you can wait outside. I opted to wait outside and receive a text. Of course, they did not text me. After waiting for quite sometime I asked one of the staff and they said they called my name twice. I thought I may have heard my name one time from outside, but the lady who may have called my name had such a heavy accent, I couldn’t tell. Arrived at my appointment time and was seen in less than 15 minutes. Place was packed. Staff was friendly and they seemed to be running things smoothly. Shoutout to Aubrey—she got me in and out. Do yourself a favor and bring a jacket.

The new check in process was seamless, fast and easy. I use to dread having to go have tests done because of the long unsure hours of waiting. But now i clicked a link on my phone, saw my name pop up on the screen and within minutes of my scheduled time i was back having my test done. A+++++ Thank you !

Been to this testing location and both times they did not send the test results to the Doctor as stated in the test order.I'm not sure if this a location specific issue or is consistent across all locations Trying to then actually speak to someone to request the results be sent is nearly impossible as their customer service is only opened limited hours US Central time. I haven't been able to reach them, so don't know if they will actually be able to help. The MyQuest portal which they want you to register for is an invasion ... read more

I am very pleased with this Quest location. The wait was short, the staff was nice and helpful, and Danielle was so kind and skilled. I hardly felt a thing. My doctor had the results two days later.
