The person at the lab drawing blood was polite and professional and that part of the experience was very easy. However after that is done I get a phone call telling me just a few of my results. What am I supposed to do with the phone call? I can't take a phone call to my primary care position. I can't take a phone call and look up that information on the internet. Had to knock on the door, lady in red scrubs finally came and opened the door demanding did you knock. It was obvious she had just woken up. I replied yes are you not open at 7? The other lady finally showed up later and still they wouldn't see more for more than an hour which is outside the time my labs had to be performed. No hello, no attempt at service , no attempt at communicating at all. Not doing business with these companies where you can't show up on time.

I forgot the doll face phlebotomist that that helped me she wore glasses I think her name started with an M either way she got me in and out love her customer service. Keep her and give her a raise.
