Their drug test system has been down for weeks. There is no direct line to call and ask if the system has been fixed. The online appointment website will still let you schedule an appointment and then you are unable to take the test upon getting there.
Short staffed, but efficient with excellent care. Very low wait time, and staff is always pleasant and focused.
The phlebotomist who drew my blood on 06/01/2026 was hands down THE BEST that you have. She took several vials of blood from a completely tattooed part of my arm with no hesitation whatsoever. She didn't miss, she didn't make any excuses and she didn't ask to use my other arm. I've been going here for years and she is the best you have. I'm sorry I didn't remember her name. I did ask, but forgot.
In and out, very helpful and knowledgable staff! 10/10
