Sept 19, 2025. Early morning people starting to come in. Tell me why theres only 1 person that’s working? I realized 2 other staff went out to buy food. It’s horrible theres no reason for me to wait almost an hr to just a simple drug test. Don’t come here. Go to concentra or Lab corp.
It's so easy to book an appointment online for whichever location and/or time works best! I always use the Kempsville location and have ALWAYS had great service!! The technicians are so sweet and friendly and are compassionate when I bring my husband back because I will sometimes get light-headed with blood being drawn. Love this location!
Lack of professionalism and lack of patient safety. The phlebotomist used my 2 year old son as a pin cushion and then informed us hours later the wrong tubes were drawn. Do not recommend.
The phlobotomist Jackie was a true gem. She was working solo and was so very professional and pleasant. She greeted me with a smile and was so interactive during my labs. She is top tier. I complimented her on her customer service and one of her responses was she love what she does. KUDOS young Lady Again, a year later 2025 Ms. Jacqueline is the ultimate professional.
