Electronic check-in was easy, quick and seamless. My wait time was not long at all, the clinician was proficient and I was in and out so fast I could hardly believe it!

They held me there for 45min just to look at me in the waiting room and ask who I am after I clocked in for my appointment at the kiosk and tell me I have no appointment at that time even though I scheduled it, this place is despicable.
The wait here is ridiculous. I get it gets busy but, waiting for almost 3+ HOURS is ridiculous… I had an appointment but unfortunately was late by a minute. So had to put myself as a walk in for last minute blood work before a surgery unfortunately. They NEVER call the walk ins in so what is the point of accepting walk ins if they DO NOT plan to call any of them back where the list and wait just gets longer. It was so ridiculous people started leaving and walking out. They should have at least one person working on the walk ... read more
