Appointment was right on time and phlebotomist was very quick, gentle, and efficient with the visit. Thank you!
Worst experience. Arrived 9 minutes late to four appointments and was told they couldn't see my daughters. Conveyor belt facility. You just need to have an appointment, an insurance card and be another body. There is no care for patients. NO friendly face to welcome patients. Go to Kaiser or anything but here.

Even with an appointment expect to waste at least an hour waiting.
