I always have a good experince at Quest.
Bad service. I had an appointment for 1:40 pm but went to the wrong location. Arrived here at 1:55 pm and checked in. My name was on the screen showing appropriate check in. Randomly, my name gets removed. I check in again and ask for assistance. Staff member comes out and I tell them my situation. She says she'll check with the person in the back. It's been one and a half hours later, and I am still waiting. They make it impossible to talk to anyone. Their phone number is just a list of pre-recorded responses. Only good th... read more
