I genuinely NEVER write negative reviews. The employees at Quest Diagnostics are some of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but after FOUR terrible experiences between the Rancho Cucamonga and Upland locations, it's clear this is a culture problem, not a one-time issue. Disrespectful, attitude and incompetent.
We waited less than 15 minutes, the location was nice and clean, and staff was kind and compassionate. Would recommend greatly.
Way better experience! So grateful I got a very kind and gentle phlebotomist. I had to do my labs laying down. She continued to check on me and keep asking if I was okay as it was a lot of blood and I was fasting for quite awhile. But she was so sweet the entire time. I love the appointment process. You book online and right before your appointment time you click a link once you arrive. Walk right in and have a seat to be called. The staff seemed rushed and unprofessional during my visit. I had to use the restroom to collect a urine sample, and the restroom was quite filthy. When I returned to turn in the sample, another tech was sitting in the patient chair on her phone and chatting with the tech who had just assisted me, while many patients were still waiting to be called. Overall, the experience did not feel professional or patient-focused.
