Donna Mae was amazing. As someone hates blood tests this was the best one I’ve had. I will be requesting her again!
I was helped by Donna Mae, who was super friendly. I made an appointment in advance and was attended to right away after my check in. The process was efficient and I appreciated the professionalism.
There are NO ACCESSIBLE BATHROOMS & no receptionist to ask!! The display board was NOT being updated!! Some lab techs were working MUCH harder than others!! Some of the female staff were very quick, but 1 man in particular was NOT doing his job!! He opened the door to call a patient's name & literally whispered it!! Then closed the door when no one answered back!! Another patient who was waiting asked me "did he call someone's name?" The tech never came back for another patient! Everything was excellent. The process was smooth and the staff was very helpful and professional.
I visited the Tarzan location and had an excellent experience. Diana was amazing. She explained everything thoroughly before performing. She made sure I was comfortable and was very gentle and caring. The overall experience was great. I made an appointment and did not wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room before being called in.
