If you can find this place, that’s a minor miracle. The Tarzana location is located within CS hospital grounds, ZERO signage…then arrival: could there be a more dreary pathetic place, yes, perhaps, but seriously, this is just plain depressing…paper covering the windows; uncomfortable chairs lined up around the perimeter, a fake wood covered floor, just depressing; OK sign in via kiosk; no problem there. I had the pleasure of Brenda drawing my blood, she is an absolute gem and such a sweet person. I never feel any pain when she takes my blood nor do I get bruised. She is gentle, kind, compassionate and cares about her patients and work. I know I’m in good hands when Brenda draws my blood.
The person who worked there was very helpful caring and polite.
Awful experience. The staff don’t care at all about the schedules. Quest should hire people who actually work instead of making everyone wait for so long!
