PARKING IS NOT EXPLAINED, LATENESS IS NOT ADJUSTED FOR and WAIT TIMES ARE INSANE. THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE ALLOWANCES FOR APPTS TO BE MODIFIED AND 15 minute lateness window for unexpected traffic issues. We drove an hour to make the appt. Were 11 minutes late at no fault of our own and got a $73 parking ticket bcz had to wait 2 hours ans no signs posted warning us of only 1 hour street parking. We had a wonderful nurse Diana, who was very friendly and professional with our baby, she took the blood so good that our kid could barely feel it, we are very thankful for the experience
Nice and kind people. Quick and easy service. Could renovate the waiting area a bit. But nonetheless good place.
I had an appointment but I had problems with my uber and finding this place since there’s construction. I waited almost 6 hours, my appointment was at 8:30am. They said I was late so I had to be on standby but the iPad gave me an appointment in 6 hrs from the time I arrived, it didn’t add me in the standby list. I told them they didn’t do anything about it and told that they’ll call would call me before the appointment in 6 hrs.
