An absolute crappy automated appointment booking system. So amazingly bad, that I had to call back 4x and cursed it out about 20x. What an arrogant company. Stay away from such arrogance!
Tenia cita hoy, y ayer, un dia antes de la cita, me envian un mensaje de cancelacion diciendo que el lugar se cerrara por mantenimiento, cuando hace mas de una semana ya habia visto que aqui en Google decia que estaba cerrado temporalmente, por lo que llame por telefono a corroborar si era cierto y el staff de ATC me dijo que no, que seguia abierto. Pesimo servicio, deplorable. Espere una semana esta cita para que me cancelen. Me hicieron perder tiempo, y cuando se trata de salud, eso no se hace.
I went September 3, 2025 They Are open although Google shows it’s temporary closed. I tried to edit to make it show open but it wouldn’t allow me. Also Beverly Hills has 2 hour free parking lot at 461 Bedford drive.
I just want to say how wonderful Elizabeth was, she was kind and did an amazing job drawing blood. Thank you!
