If I could give it zero, I would. your entire system is down. Quest is sending me texts about checking in. Could they not send a text about the system being down? I left work drove over there. Paid for parking, sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes to be told they can’t see me today. they’re unorganized
I had a very positive experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. The service was fast and efficient, and the customer service was excellent overall. I truly appreciate the professionalism and great service provided.
