The blood draw was painless, quick, and appointments were timely. Kind staff, overall great experience!
I had an 8 am appointment at one location, got there and the lab tech wasn’t going to be in until 10. They never let me know. Had to go to a different location that didn’t have my orders. Not fun
Daisy was super awesome
Made an appointment for labs ordered by my PCP and missed work appointments, ordered an Uber to get me there and not until I arrived, did someone come out and tell us that their WiFi was down and unless we had a paper order could we be serviced. This location is located in an entire Medical campus and there was no way to get word to people abt this issue. My appt was made over 24 hours ago. The internet issue was discovered upon opening the doors. There should be a protocol to notify for these issues. It’s not rocket science... read more
