If I could give ZERO stars for Teal Blvd location, I would! I have been going here for years for routine blood draws. Today, after fasting, and not taking some meds for 2 weeks, I went in for my early appt. The lady there said they did not have my order, I asked could they call Dr to get it faxed over, NO, they dont do that? They have in the past, AND when I tried to call there after I got my Dr to fax it, you cannot check to see if they have order. Phone message SAYS, they will call Dr no worries, and still service you!
