Great experience here. The system didn't let me do a walk in before 1 hour of closing time. But the lady who works there let me in and finished my lab work in no time.
All staff are kind, and it is easy to park.
I went this morning as walk in. The lady was so rude. She just straight forward told me that she can’t take me. I said I can wait and she said as I told you I can’t take you. I am busy. My question is, if quest has a walk in option then why the staff can’t serve me. Never ever go there.
I won't be going back to Quest again. You all no longer send test results to any additional doctors I want to send them to, beyond the doctor who ordered them. This is a new rule that you all created. It's stupid. It's my information. I should be able to have those test results sent to whoever I want to.
